Leadership & experience
Jack works with CEOs, boards and management teams on where to invest, what needs to change and who is needed to deliver it. He has served on senior management committees and built and led IT teams across international businesses.
His experience spans infrastructure, security, business applications, data and operations. That breadth helps him see how decisions in one area affect the rest of the business, and bring the right people together to solve a problem.
Mergers and acquisitions are a significant part of his work, including more than 40 integrations and migrations. He understands the decisions involved in bringing organisations together: which systems to keep, how teams will work together and how to make the transition while keeping the business running.
He works across business lines and internal functions to understand what people need from their systems. That means translating business requirements into applications, improvements to existing tools or changes to the way work gets done.
